D’Coda started building the database while she was still living in the Hurricane Creek Wilderness Preserve, using a small laptop and a wee bit of solar power. It’s been through several iterations, taking about 12 years, with no end in sight!
D’Coda is an internationally known teacher who runs the Ozark Herbal Academy in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The database is made available to the public through the school.
There are many to thank for supporting D’Coda on her mission and the Ultimate Herbal Database wouldn’t exist without them. For starters: Nancy Bergeron, Lynn Reiss, OM Sanctuary, Lorna Trigg, Flora Roja Community Acupuncture, Sean Sikes, Yoga Shala, Deerwomon, Rancho Arco Iris.
